Charms and beads ship directly from our India factory.
Cords are sent separately from our thread center.
If your order includes both, you will receive two packages with separate tracking.

We offer flat-rate shipping based on your order total:

Orders up to $50 → $15 shipping

Orders between $50–$100 → $10 shipping

Orders over $100 → Free shipping

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer.
