Delivery & Shipping
We ship almost all of our products (except macrame cords) directly from India.
All packages pass through Germany, so there are no additional taxes or customs fees for European customers.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs €15 for orders under €100, and is free from €100 (or €120 for some countries).
Processing & Delivery Time
We prepare and ship all orders within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends), and delivery usually takes 14–21 business days worldwide — often even faster.
Out of Stock Items
If something you ordered is out of stock, we’ll always reach out via email or WhatsApp to offer a replacement or a refund — whatever works best for you.
Important to Know
Please make sure to collect your package once it arrives. If a package is not picked up and is returned to us, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
If your package doesn’t arrive due to a shipping issue (and not because of an incorrect address), we’ll of course make it right — either by resending your order or issuing a full refund.
